ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 1. Overview ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
The Wall is a game of great fun. To get complete success, you have to make your
moves carefully.
The object of The Wall is to eliminate all moveable blocks on all levels.
Eliminate blocks by placing blocks with the same image next to each other. It's
possible to eliminate 3 blocks at most at one time.
When you've solved one level, you move to the next until you've reached the
last level. There are 50 levels in The Wall by default, and you can create your
own levels in a separate program called WallEdit.

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 2. Playing the Game ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o Try to find some matching block types. Try to put them together to get an
explosion.
o Move the player cursor to one of the blocks by using the arrow keys or by
clicking the left mouse button on the block.
o Move a block by pressing the space key and then pressing the left or right
arrow keys, or use the mouse and drag the block with the right mouse button.
o Deselect a block by pressing the space key again. The block will be
automatically deselected when the block explodes.
o Continue until you've solved the level.

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 3. Rules of the Game ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o The moveable blocks can only be moved horizontally.
o A block will fall downwards whenever there is an opportunity to do so.
o A block will explode if it touches one or more blocks with the same shape, or
if it touches a bomb block.
o Two blocks don't touch each other if one of the blocks are falling or moving
on ice floors.
o To complete a level, all moveable blocks must have exploded.
o There is no time limit to successfully complete a level.

ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 4. Scoring ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
To get success in The Wall, you must eliminate all moveable blocks on the
level.
ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ 5. Strategy and Hints ΓòÉΓòÉΓòÉ
o If a level have an odd numbers of blocks, you have to make a three-block
explosion, or eliminate one of the blocks with a bomb block.
o Don't move downwards if it isn't necessary. It's always harder to move a
block upwards than to move it downwards. At levels without elevators it's
impossible to move upwards.
o If you move blocks on or off elevators, push the keys a little before the
actual move. Your move is "remembered" until it will be needed.
o A block can be moved upwards if you place it on an up-going elevator.
o Think a lot in advance. The more difficult levels will need very careful
planning.
o Use Undo to step back one move.
o When a block moves on ice floors and moves into a different block, the ice
movement is "transfered" to the new block.
o No levels in The Wall needs a high degree of "action speed" to be solved.
There is always a possibility to solve the levels in an intellectual way.
